Sugar Plum Pops

  1. Place nuts in a shallow bowl or dish.
  2. Melt chocolate in a bowl in the microwave on 50% power, and then whisk until smooth.
  3. Melt caramel in a separate bowl in the microwave on 50 percent power, and whisk until smooth.
  4. With a melon baller, scoop cheesecake into a balls.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into cheesecake ball.
  6. Dip ball in either white chocolate or in caramel, and then roll in nuts to fully coat.
