Pulled Chicken and Jalapeno-Jack Sandwich
- 24 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz./115 g each)
- 3 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 24 each sandwich rolls, split
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. lettuce, shredded
- 48 slices Kraft Jalapeno Monterey Jack Slices
- Grill chicken on medium heat 7 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (170 degrees F); cool.
- Shred chicken with fork; place in saucepan.
- Add barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 roll with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing; fill with 1/4 cup (60 mL) lettuce, 2 cheese slices and 4 oz.
- (115 g) chicken mixture.
