Creamy Potato Casserole #5FIX
- 2 lbs Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 12 cup butter (melted)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with Pam.
- In a large bowl, mix together the above 5 ingredients and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
