Creamy Potato Casserole #5FIX

• 2 lbs Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
• 12 cup butter (melted)
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
• 1 pint sour cream
• 10 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with Pam.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the above 5 ingredients and pour into the baking dish.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and serve.
