Delicate Graham Cracker Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Blend cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, beating well after each addition.
  7. Divide batter into 2 well-greased 8-inch round cake pans.
  8. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans on wire rack 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack.
  11. Frost cake.
