Fiesta Taco Pizza
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough (medium To Large Size), Homemade Or Store Bought, Up To You
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Refried Beans
- 4 ounces, fluid Canned Enchilada Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 ounce, weight Packet Of Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Freshly Shredded Queso Blanco Cheese
- 1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cups Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Cubed Tomato
- Taco Sauce, Optional
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Roll out your pizza dough of choice and place it on your pizza pan.
- In a small bowl combine the beans with enchilada sauce and seasonings.
- Spread on the raw dough to within a half an inch of the edge.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook hamburger according to the taco seasoning packet directions.
- Remove from heat when done.
- Sprinkle the pizza with 1/2 of each cheese.
- Drain hamburger and add it and the green pepper to your pizza.
- Next sprinkle the additional 1/2 of each cheese over the top.
- Then bake (according to the instructions on the crust package or recipe) until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven.
- Garnish with lettuce shreds, tomatoes and a drizzle of taco sauce.
