Mandarin Parfaits Recipe
- 1 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O, vanilla or possibly French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
- Combine lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
- Add in pudding mix.
- With electric mixer at low speed, beat till well blended, 1 to 2 min.
- Layer pudding and orange sections in parfait glasses.
- Refrigerateabout 1 hour.
- Top with whipped topping (optional).
