Black Bean Chili Chowder
- 1 can black bean sauce
- 1 can ounces tomatoes with garlic and onion
- 8 3/4 ounces corn kernels, canned whole
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 13 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 1 x sour cream
- In a large saucepan, combine soup, tomatoes, corn, onions and salsa; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
