Beef and Noodle Bake
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 14 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- Brown beef and onion in large skillet, crumbing as meat browns.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in bell pepper, corn, tomatoes and black pepper.
- Combine noodles and beef in 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
