Pork & Apples in Crockpot
- 1 cup Onions, Sliced Thick
- 16 ounces, weight Boneless Pork Loin Chops
- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 4 whole Apples - Cored And Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- In a crockport spray cooking spray.
- Lay the onions on the bottom.
- Salt and pepper the pork and then place on top of onions.
- Add the cider, apples, and herbs.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 6 hours.
- Makes 4 4 ounce servings plus apples and onions.
