Pork & Apples in Crockpot

  1. In a crockport spray cooking spray.
  2. Lay the onions on the bottom.
  3. Salt and pepper the pork and then place on top of onions.
  4. Add the cider, apples, and herbs.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 6 hours.
  6. Makes 4 4 ounce servings plus apples and onions.
