Chicken Parmesan

  1. Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper; brown well in shortening.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish.
  3. Blend any remaining flour mixture with tomatoes; add Heinz 57 sauce, Parmesan cheese, sugar and oregano.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove cover; top with cheeses.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
  8. Skim excess fat from sauce.
