Microwavable Ham Broccoli Au Gratin Recipe
- 2 c. frzn broccoli flowerets, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
- 2 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cut up fully cooked ham
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Mix potatoes, water and 2 tbsp.
- butter in 2 qt microwavable casserole.
- Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 10 min.
- Stir in sauce mix and lowfat milk till well mixed.
- Stir in broccoli and ham.
- Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 min.
- Stir.
- Cover and microwave till potatoes and broccoli are tender, 3 to 5 min longer, stir.
- Place 1 teaspoon butter in 10 ounce.
- custard c.. Microwave uncovered on high till melted, 20 to 30 seconds.
- Stir in corn flakes and paprika; sprinkle over potato mix.
- Let stand uncovered 5 min.
- Makes 6 servings.
