Pita Pizza
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce (or other pasta sauce)
- 14 of a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (Low-fat)
- pepperoni
- basil, Cilantro, Powdered Garlic, Oregano or other herbs
- mushroom, Peppers, Onions etc
- Combine all ingredients on top of the pita bread.
- Put in Toaster Oven/Oven on high for 4-5 Minutes.
- Cut in pieces and enjoy!
