Banana Split Bread - ABM
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 13 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
- 13 cup walnuts broken
- 1 each eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medium bananas sliced
- 8 each strawberries frozen, thawed, with liquid
- 13 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained, reserve juice
- 13 cup pineapple juice reserved, heated
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 each maraschino cherries chopped
- Place ingredients, except chocolate chips and cherries, in pan in order listed.
- Select white bread setting and press "Start".
- Add chips and cherries at beep, just before end of kneading.
