Linguine With Broccoli and Feta

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli, just until tender, but still crisp, about 3 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium -high heat.
  4. Add and saute the garlic and scallions until softened, but not brown, about 1 minute.
  5. Add thyme and broccoli and saute 2 minutes more, stirring.
  6. Remove from heat and crumble in the feta.
  7. Transfer to a large bowl with the hot pasta and toss together.
  8. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  9. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
