Shells With Fresh Tomato Sauce

  1. Saute onions and garlic in oil until soft.
  2. Add tomatoes, wine and basil.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms, marjoram, salt and pepper; cook 5 more minutes.
  5. Spoon sauce over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
