Ada's Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Trim fat off pork chops.
  2. Brown chops in oil in a heavy skillet.
  3. Drain off any fat.
  4. Mix 1 c. water to onion soup mix.
  5. pour over the chops.
  6. Cover skillet and simmer till chops are tender (40-45 min).
  7. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and mushrooms to pan.
  8. Combine flour and 1/4 c. cool water.
  9. Blend into pan juices.
  10. Cook and stir under low heat till thick and bubbly.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley.
