Pork Schnitzel Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. chops and slit edges.
  3. Dip in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Dip in egg and lowfat milk, then bread crumbs.
  5. Fry in butter browning on both sides; remove from pan.
  6. Mix lowfat sour cream, dill seed, broth and remaining flour mix together.
  7. Heat in frying pan but Don't LET IT BOIL.
  8. Pour over chops and serve.
  9. Serves 3 to 4.
