Banana Brownies, Lo Cal Recipe
- 1 c. Flour, All Purpose
- 1/3 c. Coca, unsweetened
- 1/4 c. Nonfat Dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Large very ripe banana
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large egg whites
- 1/4 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Preheat oven 350F.
- Coat 9 in.
- square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Combine flour, cocoa, lowfat milk pwdr, baking soda and salt in bowl.
- Puree banana, sugar, egg whites, buttermilk and vanilla in food processor till smooth.
- Add in dry ingredients and pulse just till blended.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 25 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
- Cut into 2 in.
- squares.
