Joe Beef Cesar

  1. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a large glass, then set the wedge aside.
  2. Dip the damp rim in the Old Bay to coat.
  3. Add a good amount of ice to the glass, then add the vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, horseradish, some salt and pepper, and a squeeze of juice from the lemon wedge.
  4. Top up with the Clamato and garnish excessively.
