Spanish Sauerkaut Meal
- 1 lb hot dogs or 1 lb sausage or 1 lb rib, etc
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
- Put cooked meat (hot dogs, ribs, pork, beef) in casserole pan.
- Top with sauerkraut.
- Top with Rotel.
- Heat 20 minutes at 400F or till real hot.
