A.1. Beef Stew

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until evenly browned.
  5. Remove meat from pan; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add onions, peppers and remaining oil to pan; cook 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in broth and meat; bring to boil.
  9. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  10. Stir in steak sauce.
  11. Serve over rice.
