Curried Puff Pastry Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn filo dough
- 1/2 pound seafood chunks
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 bunch broccoli (minced
- 1 lg. onion (minced)
- 2 stalks celery (minced)
- 1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
- 1 teaspoon curry
- Saute/fry all ingredients (except puff pastry or possibly filo dough) in 3 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Heat remaining butter, grease 9x13 inch pan.
- Butter each sheet of filo as you go, being careful not to allow it to become dry and brittle (cover with damp cloth if are delayed).
- Layer 12, then add in a layer of curried mix, 2-3 layers dough, remaining curried mix, then layer the rest of the dough.
- Pour any remaining butter over the top.
- Bake approximately 30 min at 350 degrees.
