Stanley Screamer
- 6 mint sprigs, plus 1 sprig for garnish
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 ounce Midori
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Ice
- 2 ounces chilled club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 6 mint sprigs and the Simple Syrup.
- Add the rum, Midori, juices and ice; shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with the soda and the mint garnish.
