Stanley Screamer

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 6 mint sprigs and the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add the rum, Midori, juices and ice; shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Top with the soda and the mint garnish.
