Wing Dingers
- 40 whole chicken wings
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 cups hot sauce
- 34 cup butter (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 cup italian seasoning
- 14 cup rosemary (crushed)
- 14 cup paprika
- 14 cup chili powder
- 14 cup pepper
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- cut chicken wings into 3 sections, discard wing tip, set aside.
- in a saucepan bring the brown sugar, hot sauce,butter and vinegar to a boil.
- reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or untill butter is melted and sauce is heated through.
- cool in a gallon size resealable plastic bag.
- combine sugar, seasonings and 1 cup of sauce.
- add chicken wings in batches, seal in a bag toss coat evenly, grill wings uncovered over indirect medium heat for 12-15 minutes or till juices run clear turning once and basting occasionally w/ remaining sauce.
