Frozen Daiquiri

• 2 ounces light rum
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar
• 1 cup crushed ice

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture has the consistency of snow.
2. Serve immediately in a large saucer champagne or similar glass, with a short straw.
