Hot Clam Dip I Recipe
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans chopped clams with juice
- 1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese, in oven-proof serving dish (pie plate).
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and top with shredded Mozzarella.
- Bake in 350 degree oven, 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Serve with crackers and little chunks of Italian bread.
