Sour Cream Cashew Drops Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3/4 teaspoon soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 1/2 c. salted cashew nuts

1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt.
2. Mix together at low speed 1 egg, butter, sugar, vanilla and lowfat sour cream.
3. Add in to flour mix and nuts.
4. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
