Barbecue With Roast Beef Recipe
- 3-5 pound roast beef
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1 c. celery
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Cut roast into small pcs.
- Roast in roaster 300-325 degrees for about 4 hrs.
- If roasting in one roast size, roast for about 6 hrs.
- Add in brown sugar and barbecue sauce to taste after meat has shredded and you are able to stir mix in.
- Feeds approximately 4-6 people.
