Lemony Green Vegetable Salad

  1. Mix mayo, lemon zest and dry dressing mix in large bowl.
  2. Add vegetables; mix lightly.
  3. Cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  4. For each serving: Cover salad plate with 1 lettuce leaf; top with 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture.
