Chicken Chow Mein

  1. Cut chicken in 1-inch cubes.
  2. In wok or skillet, toast peanuts over high heat, remove.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Stir fry chicken until no longer pink, 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add celery, sprouts, and onions nad fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce.
  7. Heat through for 1 minute.
  8. Serve on rice sprinkled with peanuts.
