Crock Pot Thai Chicken

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in crockpot.
  2. Add chicken breasts (or thighs)
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
  4. Top with peanuts and cilantro in the bowl.
