Caramel Apple Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Place pie shell in pie plate and flute edge.
  3. Melt caramls with water in sauce pan over low heat stirring til smooth.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter til mix resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Stir in walnuts and sprinkle over apple filling.
  7. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
