Frittata with Polish Sausage and Olives

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk cream cheese and milk in large bowl until blended.
  3. Add eggs, mustard and pepper; mix well.
  4. Stir in sausage, cheddar and olives.
  5. Pour into shallow 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  7. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
