Frittata with Polish Sausage and Olives
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 8 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 200 g kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 10 large pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Whisk cream cheese and milk in large bowl until blended.
- Add eggs, mustard and pepper; mix well.
- Stir in sausage, cheddar and olives.
- Pour into shallow 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
