Jalapeno Cheese Dip
- 1- 1/4 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3 whole Large Jalapenos, Chopped
- Mix all the ingredients together until combined and then place in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Best when served with Wheat Thin crackers, but you can also serve these with tortilla chips.
- If you use salt free chips or crackers, you might want to consider adding a pinch of kosher salt to the dip.
- For an extra kick, you can add a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce to the mayonnaise.
