Skillet Pork Stroganoff

  1. Cook and stir onions and mushrooms in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min.
  2. or until vegetables are lightly browned.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
  6. or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.
