Honkey Pidgeon
- 1 lb Bob Evans sausage (mild)
- 1 egg
- 2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut (to taste)
- 34 cup cooked rice
- 10 -12 crackers, crushed
- 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients, and shape into a loaf.
- Surround with saurkraut with juices.
- Bake for 2 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
