hedgehog cake
- 1 high chocolate bisquit (4 eggs)
- 1 packages instant chocolate pudding
- 100 grams sugar
- 10 grams vanilla sugar
- 1/2 liter cold milk
- 50 grams plain chocolate
- 200 grams softened butter
- 125 grams whipped cream
- 1 packages chocolate covered cookie sticks
- 1 colored m&m's
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Cut bisquit into drop shape, crush the rest of the dough and put it aside
- For the cream, stir together pudding powder and sugar with some of the milk, cook the rest of the milk with chocolate.
- Pull away the chocolate milk from cooking plate, then mix in the compounded pudding and let it cook quickly while agitating instantly
- Cream butter with hand mixer, then slowly stir in pudding spoonwise.
- Mix half the cream with crushed bisquit
- Cut the bisquit horizontally in 2 halfs (same hight).
- Now put the rest of the dough between those two halfs.
- Now form the hedgehog, spreading the plain pudding on top of the dough, thereby add more cream on the back of it than on it's face
- Stiff whipped cream with cream stiffener, fill into a pastry bag to decorate the cake
- Mark the face with m&m's and use the chocolate sticks as stings, add the cocoa powder
- Now keep the cake cooled for about 3 hours
