Grilled / Tandoori Vegetables

  1. Cut cubes of paneer and large pieces of onion, capsicum, mushroom and broccoli.
  2. Vegetables can be added as per preference
  3. Prepare a marinade of hung curd or plain yogurt.
  4. Add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes.
  5. You can personslise by adding flavours of your choice like oregano, thyme, turmeric, crushed garlic.
  6. Add juice of half a lemon and mix well.
  7. Dip the vegetables in the marinade evenly coated and allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  8. Add a cube of butter and a pinch of salt on a hot pan.
  9. You can choose to grill if you wish.
  10. Add a few pieces of the marinated veggies in the hot pan and toss occasionally.
  11. Only the criss must get brown.
  12. If you add in too many pieces, the temperature of the pan will go down quickly.
  13. Serve piping hot with any dip of your choice.
