Bubbling Rubies

• 2 ounces white cranberry juice
• 1 12 ounces premium vodka
• 34 ounce peach liqueur
• fresh lime juice, a splash
• 1 12 ounces champagne, chilled
• pomegranate seeds

1. Place a spoonful of pomegranate seeds in a chilled martini glass.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the white cranberry juice, vodka, peach liqueur, and lime juice with ice.
3. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled martini glass; top with champagne and serve.
