Fish Stew

  1. saute onions, garlic, celery, and carrots in stews pot.
  2. add 4 bottles of clam juice along with tomato sauce.
  3. simmer for 1/2 hr
  4. cut fish in cubes.
  5. add cubed fish fillet and simmer until fish is cooked
  6. add parsley and tomatoes and serve.
