Strawberry, Lemon and Basil Mimosa

  1. Combine the basil, lemon juice and agave in a pitcher.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, lightly crush the basil.
  3. Stir in the strawberries, Prosecco and soda water.
  4. Pour into chilled champagne glasses and serve.
