Speedy Saucy Ribs
- 4 lb. (2 kg) pork baby back ribs (3 or 4 large racks)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Chicken & Rib Renegade Barbecue Sauce
- Remove skin from undersides of ribs; cut ribs into two-rib pieces.
- Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl.
- Add water; cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 min.
- Drain and discard all liquid and fat.
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Brush both sides of rib pieces with barbecue sauce.
- Grill 15 min.
- or until ribs are cooked through, turning occasionally.
