Crunchy Fresh Salad - Healthy & Vegan!

  1. Slice, dice or shred vegetables to your preference.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Note: Feel free to use different vegetables - cauliflower, kohlrabi, radishes...
  4. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
  5. Let sit for a few minutes.
  6. Right before serving, pour dressing over vegetables and mix well.
  7. Enjoy!
