Shrimp and Tofu Gratinee for New Year's
- 8 Shrimp
- 1/2 *Egg yolk
- 50 grams Silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp * Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 Grated cheese
- 1 Panko
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Add the * ingredients to a bowl and use a whisk to mix together until smooth.
- This is the sauce.
- Shell the shrimp but leave the tail and the joint next to the tail.
- Open the stomach and remove the intestines from the back.
- Place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, cover with the sauce from Step 1, sprinkle on some panko and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 230C oven for 7 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and they're done.
