Mocha Chocolate-Coffee Frosting

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and milk.
  2. Add butter.
  3. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add semisweet chocolate pieces.
  6. Using a wire whisk, mix until smooth.
  7. If frosting is too thick or grainy, stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons freshly brewed hot coffee.
