Buckwheat Pancake and Waffle Mix

• 2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 c. buckwheat flour
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 13 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt

1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir, using a whisk, to thoroughly combine.
