Bobby's Hot Dog Melt
- 2 slices country white bread
- 2 hot dogs, sliced down the middle lengthwise
- 14 cup longhorn cheddar cheese, shredded
- mayonnaise
- aluminum foil
- Lay out your bread on a foil-covered baking pan with the hot dog slices on top.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the hot dogs.
- Broil on high under the highest rack until the cheese melts and the bread is toasty, about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaisse on sandwich.
- Ahhhhh!
- Can add ketchup or mustard too, if you like!
