Bobby's Hot Dog Melt

• 2 slices country white bread
• 2 hot dogs, sliced down the middle lengthwise
• 14 cup longhorn cheddar cheese, shredded
• mayonnaise
• aluminum foil

1. Lay out your bread on a foil-covered baking pan with the hot dog slices on top.
2. Sprinkle the cheese over the hot dogs.
3. Broil on high under the highest rack until the cheese melts and the bread is toasty, about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
4. Spread mayonnaisse on sandwich.
5. Ahhhhh!
6. Can add ketchup or mustard too, if you like!
