STOVE TOP One-Dish Chicken Bake with Vegetables
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-2/3 cups water
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream or milk
- Mix contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet, Stuffing Crumbs and water; set aside.
- Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole.
- Top with vegetables.
- Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
- Top with stuffing.
- Bake at 375F for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
