Cabbage And Carrot Bahji Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. coriander seed crushed
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 2 x chiles dry, to 3
- 4 c. cabbage shredded
- 1 c. carrots diced
- 1/3 c. tomato minced
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 x green chile minced
- Pam or possibly dry fry coriander, cumin seeds, and whole chilis, Stir for a minutes over medium heat, or possibly till chilis darken.
- Add in carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, then tumeric, green chilies,.
- Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15-20 min.
- Vegies should be a little crunchy, but if you likemooshy, cook 'em a little longer.
