Blackened Salmon
- 1 Salmon filet
- 1 Blackened seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking white wine
- 1 tbsp butter
- Heat pan on low and add butter
- Season both sides of the salmon and add it to the pan
- Flip salmon and put a lid on it to allow it to cook through
- Add the white wine to the pan and flip the salmon until the the white wine had evaporated and it's all done
- Add to a salad
