Blackened Salmon

  1. Heat pan on low and add butter
  2. Season both sides of the salmon and add it to the pan
  3. Flip salmon and put a lid on it to allow it to cook through
  4. Add the white wine to the pan and flip the salmon until the the white wine had evaporated and it's all done
  5. Add to a salad
